3-Länder-Marathon

The 3-Länder-Marathon is a cross-border running event set along the shores of Lake Constance, connecting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The scenic course begins in Lindau, passes through Bregenz—including the famous lakeside stage—and continues via St. Margrethen before finishing in Bregenz. Runners experience panoramic Alpine views and long stretches directly along the lakeshore. The predominantly flat route on paved paths makes the event attractive for participants across various race distances.
